The tour price excludes the following:

1. Add on flights to Johannesburg if required

5. Liveaboard Service Charge (50 Euros – divided amongst crew)
6. Personal travel, baggage and diving insurance (Group Policy – R20 pppd)

The tour package has been quoted on a sharing basis and an additional single supplement fee will be charged for singles.

The price quoted is based on a group tour and there will be an additional admin fee of R300 per person, for any breakaways or extensions to this itinerary.

TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1:  Thursday, 28 June

Check in at 18h00 at Johannesburg International airport for flight to Cairo.  Flight departs Johannesburg at 21h45.  Flying time approximately 8 hours.  Dinner and breakfast is served on board the plane.

Day 2:  Friday, 29 June

Arrive in Cairo airport at 06h30, met and assisted through customs.  Transfer to domestic airport to check in for domestic flight from Cairo to Hurghada departing at approximately 09h00. Met at Hurghada airport on arrival at approximately 10h00 and transferred directly to live-aboard.

Once Port clearance has been obtained, live-aboard departs.

The luxury live-aboard offers 5* service, exceptional cuisine, a friendly crew and unlimited diving opportunities.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily and tea, coffee, soft drinks and bottled water are freely available on board.

Day 2 - 7: Saturday, 30 June - Wednesday, 4 July

Unlimited diving on only the best dive sites in and around Ras Mohammed National Park.  Also including the famous Thistlegorm, Sha’ab Abu Nuhas and Gubal wrecks. 

Return to port after 2 dives on Wednesday & overnight on Liveaboard.

Day 8: Thursday, 5 July

Transfer to airport in the morning & check in to day use hotel.  Spend day at leisure before transfer back to the airport in the evening to check in for the flight to Johannesburg which Cairo at 23h30 in the morning.  Dinner and breakfast are served on the flight. 

Optional:  Guided Day Tour of the Sphinx and Pyramids

Day 9:  Friday, 6 July

Arrival time in Johannesburg approximately 07h30.

Non-Refundable Deposit of R4000 per person is required to secure your booking. Pay your deposit before end of September and you get your early bird booking a discount of R1000! (Pay R2000 end of September and R2000 end of October and you still qualify for early bird booking.)
